Shipping, Returns & Delivery Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • If the 7-day window has passed and the consigner has already been paid, we cannot accept the item for return under any circumstances.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and must include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased with a deposit or via lay-by with multiple payments

  • Items purchased within the last 7 days of the month (as consigners are paid during this time)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (only full-priced items are eligible for refunds)

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (within 10 days of return), you’ll receive an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow processing time, which may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (processing time can vary)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and this was not specified in the item description at the time of purchase.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift was sent to the gift giver (and then given to you), the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.


Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping Australia-Wide: $15

  • International Shipping: Calculated based on destination

  • Orders placed after 4PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Tuesday morning

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If you're returning an item valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


Delivery Policy

After placing your order online, you’ll receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you’ve provided a valid email address).

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days.

  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable, shipping may be delayed, and you will be notified.
