What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if an item is not as described in the product listing. Returns for change of mind may be considered on a case by case basis.

Do you offer in person collection?

The Sleeveless Society is online only and offers shipping exclusively. In select cases, in person collection from our showroom may be considered at our discretion.

Are pre-loved item conditions clearly specified?

Yes. The majority of our collection is pre-loved, and the condition of each item is clearly detailed in the product description. Any marks or signs of wear will be transparently noted, we also use a numerical condition rating system.

Can I purchase via Instagram?

Yes. You can shop directly through Instagram. Tagged products will redirect you to our website to complete checkout.

How is sizing specified?

Sizing details are provided within each product description.

Are all items authentic?

YES. Every item is meticulously inspected and authenticated by our in house team, with additional verification available through third party specialists at Luxury Authentication Australia. An official authentication certificate can be provided upon request (for a small fee).

How do I consign with Sleeveless?

To consign, please email clear images of your items for review. You will hear back from us within approximately 48 hours. Drop off or shipping of approved items will be arranged following approval.

What is your consignment period?

Our standard consignment period is approximately 12 weeks.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
