Consignment Terms & Conditions
To Get Started
To discuss consignment, please contact us via:

You have a few options for how to consign with us:
1. In-Store Appointment
Call or email us to book a physical appointment at our store.
2. Email Submission
Send clear photos of your items, along with brand names and item condition, to:

3. Instagram DM
You can also send clear photos to us via Instagram DM. Please allow a few days for a response.
Dropping Off Items
Accepted items can be dropped off during our opening hours:

Processing & Pricing
-
Allow 3-5 business days for your items to be entered into our system.

Once processed, you’ll receive a welcome email and a proposed price list.
Commission Structure
-
Vintage and branded items: 45% to Consignor / 55% to Store (OUR WAY)
-
Chanel items: 70% to Consignor / 30% to Store (YOUR WAY)

High-end designer handbags: 60% to Consignor / 40% to Store (YOUR WAY)
Please respond via email to confirm the price list within 24 hours, before items go live in store.
Consignment Period

Items will be consigned for a 3-month period.

You’ll be notified via email when it’s time to collect any unsold items.

Items must be collected within 2 weeks of this notification.

Items not collected within the two-week window will be subject to donation.
If you’d prefer your items to be donated after the 3-month period, just let us know at your appointment we’ll donate them on your behalf without further notice.
Payments

Payments are processed at the end of each month for items sold during that month.

For lay-by purchases, payment is made only after the item is fully paid off (lay-by period: 6 weeks).
Discounts & Sales

All consigned items may be included in markdowns and store-wide sales.

All discounts are split evenly between you and the store.
Liability

While we take great care, we cannot be held responsible for:

Damage (due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items)

Theft or loss
