Condition Guide
Flawless/NEW:
Mint condition with no flaws at all. There are no stains, tears, discoloration, chips, dings, or cracking.
Excellent:
Shows very minor wear such as gentle washing marks, a hairline scratch, a small factory flaw, or an almost imperceptible ding or chip that doesn't affect the overall appearance. The difference between "Flawless" and "Excellent" can be subtle and may require close inspection to spot minor imperfections.
Very Good:
Displays some expected wear for its age, including slight discoloration, small chipping, or very minor fabric pulling. Handbags may have a few shallow scuffs or slightly worn interiors. Jewellery might show some areas of wear. These pieces remain desirable, wearable, and displayable, though not perfect.
Good:
Items may have visible flaws such as a shadow stain on a dress or weakened leather on a purse. Still wearable and usable, these items are offered at an appropriately reduced price.
