The stores inventory will be monitored through our consignment software system. Please provide your email address when consigning with as that is our main avenue of communication.


Any and all consignment accepted must be as a result of an in-store appointment or agreed to otherwise by Jaimi

The retail price will be decided by us post your in-store appointment or item drop off.

You will receive an email with our proposed price list of which you receive 45% of the stated price

We work on a 45/55% split, the store taking 55%

All Chanel items are 70%/30% split - consigners way
High end designer handbags are 60%/40% split - consigners way
All other items are 45/55% - stores way

Once you receive and read through our proposed price list, please email us back with the go ahead

All items consigned with us will be held for a three month period. You will be notified via email when it is time to collect your unsold items

After the three month period is up and we notify you to collect, items must be picked up in-store within TWO WEEKS of notification or they will be SUBJECT TO DONATION

Please if you would like your items donated after the three month period notify us at your consignment appointment and we will make sure to donate without notice on your behalf

Payment will be made at the end of each month for whatever has sold within the month

Items purchased on lay-by have a 6 week period to be paid off which may mean payment for that item flows over to the following month

All items consigned with us are subject to markdowns and store sales


As we are dealing with vintage and second hand items we cannot be held accountable for damage

We will not be held accountable or take responsibility for theft
